- You agree to provide true and accurate information for yourself and your travel party.
- Only legitimate reservations may be made — speculative or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.
- RebJones Travel acts solely as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers (“Suppliers”). Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions that apply to your reservation.
2. Payments & Cancellations
- You are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments related to your booking.
- By submitting payment authorization, you allow RebJones Travel to process payments with Suppliers on your behalf.
- Refunds are not guaranteed. Many bookings are non-refundable once under deposit.
- All cancellation requests must be in writing. Supplier penalties will apply, and refunds (if any) come directly from the Supplier.
- Final payment is due on or before the Supplier’s deadline; failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
Chargebacks: Clients agree not to dispute charges without first giving RebJones Travel the opportunity to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is filed in violation of these Terms, you may be responsible for related costs and attorney’s fees.
3. Travel Documents & Identification

- Entry restrictions (including those based on criminal history) vary by country. It is your responsibility to check entry/exit requirements before travel.
- Certain destinations may carry greater risks. RebJones Travel is not responsible for safety conditions abroad and urges Clients to review official advisories at travel.state.gov and cdc.gov.
5. Air Travel

- Airlines may impose additional fees (baggage, seat selection, etc.) which are your responsibility.
6. Changes, Errors & Availability
